Operational organisation

1. QUOTATIONS
2. MOULD STUDIES-DESIGNS (CAD-CAE)
3. PLANNING
4. MOULD TESTING

1. QUOTATIONS. From the very first enquiry any customer might choose to submit, INGEMOL proceeds with the utmost seriousness and clarity, detailing in each quotation all the major components that make up the mould.

- Types of steels and thermal treatments
- Injection systems
- Cooling elements
- Discharge systems
- Types of finishes

All in accordance with the technical specifications required by the customer, so that they may make an informed decision on the placement of the order.

2. MOULD STUDIES-DESIGNS (CAD-CAE). Once the order has been received, we embark upon the mould studies and project, which outlines its main specifications:

- Injection systems
- Discharge systems
- Cooling circuits
- Sliding parts
- Mould sizing
- Adjustment to the injection machine, etc.

This study provides an immediate display of our engineering design that is sent to the customer by e-mail for verification and approval prior to ordering the steels.
Once approval of our study has been received, we rapidly begin arranging the mould, modelling, CNC programs and machining, etc.

3. PLANNING. We draw up a detailed schedule for each project, and once a month the state of progress on the mould is submitted to our customers, together with photos of the different mould components, in order to keep them informed in detail of the degree of progress, regardless of the presential monitoring that each customer may have established.

4. MOULD TESTING. Once the mould has been completed, and to ensure it is in perfect conditions for performing mass production, we carry out 2 TESTS; the first for obtaining initial samples and verifying that the part produced complies with dimensional, aesthetic and functional specifications. These initial samples are submitted or presented to customers for their verification and for the testing the part is required to undergo as per specifications, in order to correct or modify any non-compliances, if necessary. There is a second batch of tests following the correction of any possible non-compliances, subjecting the mould to mass production, with parametric demands similar to those required by the customer. This pre-production is sent to the customer for final acceptance prior to the delivery of the mould.
